These terms apply to the website 24desk.online and to the calls, text messages, emails and demos of Garden Age LLC ("Garden Age", "we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms.
Our services
We set up AI receptionists: AI voice agents that answer a business's phone calls, answer questions, book appointments and capture leads. A free demo is built from the business's public website so the business can test it. Paid services are provided under the plan and price you choose when you sign up; current plans are shown on our website.
SMS program
- Program: Garden Age demo updates. If you opt in, we text you about your demo request and its follow-up: your demo number, links, and answers to your questions.
- How you opt in: by ticking the optional text message box in our demo request form, or by agreeing on a call with us to receive a text. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We send one message to confirm, and then no more texts unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP, or email office@24desk.online, or call +1 (346) 771-4003.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. We do not share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for marketing.
Calls
Our calls may be made or answered by an AI voice assistant, which says it is an AI, and calls are recorded. You can ask us to stop calling at any time by saying so on a call or by emailing us.
Acceptable use
Do not use our website, demos or services for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to interfere with our systems.
No guarantee of results
Our demos and services are provided "as is". We work to make the AI receptionist accurate and helpful, but we do not guarantee any particular number of calls, bookings or sales, and AI answers may sometimes be incomplete or wrong.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Garden Age is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
