Garden Age LLC ("Garden Age", "we", "us") sets up AI receptionists for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through our website 24desk.online, our phone calls, text messages and emails, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Business contact information from public business listings and directories: business name, business phone number, address, website and industry.
- Information you give us in our demo request form, on a call or by email: your name, business name, phone number, email address, website and what you tell us about your business.
- Call recordings and transcripts. Our calls may be made or answered by an AI voice assistant and are recorded. We say this at the start of each call.
- Consent records: when and how you agreed to calls or text messages, including the date, time and IP address of a form submission.
- Technical information our web server logs when you visit the site, such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
- To contact your business about our services, prepare your demo and answer your questions.
- To send the information, demo links and follow-ups you asked for.
- To keep records of consent and of do-not-call and opt-out requests, so we honor them.
- To improve our calls and services, and to comply with the law.
Text messages (SMS)
If you agree to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number only to send messages about your demo request and its follow-up. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as telephone and messaging carriers, AI and speech processing, email, hosting and our customer management tools, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep business contact details, call records and consent records as long as needed for the purposes above and to show that we followed the law. Do-not-call and opt-out requests are kept permanently, so we do not contact you again.
Your choices
- Calls: say "do not call" on any call, or email us, and we stop calling your number.
- Texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Emails: reply "unsubscribe" to any email.
- Access or deletion: email us to ask what information we hold about you or to delete it, except the records we must keep to honor your opt-out.
Security
We protect the information we hold with reasonable technical and organizational measures. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
